You can install the test installation yourself using our extensive instruction which you will receive immediately after purchase.

The conditions for the “good, money back” guarantee are as follows:

  1. You must appeal to the “money back guarantee” within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. You can appeal to the “money back guarantee” from the time of purchase to the moment you cancel the seal of your license.
  3. The “money back guarantee” is unconditional:
    • You do not have to give a reason why you want your money back.
    • Every reason you specify is good enough: we will refund you within 14 days.
  4. The “money back guarantee” is only valid when you install the software yourself. The warranty does not apply if you have the software installed by License2GO specialists.
    If you make use of the “not good, money back” guarantee, then License2GO will refund all costs including any payment costs, shipping costs etc

Submit a return request?

Any request to make use of the “money back guarantee” is done through the return form.
You will always receive a confirmation from the Licensing2GO customer service in which the latest redemption date is made known to you. The refund will always be made within 14 days after your request has been approved or after your physical shipment has been received and processed at our office as a return shipment.
