At 2GO Software you will receive a redemption code. This is a alphanumeric code.
You activate this redemption code at Adobe and you will then receive a serial number from Adobe to activate the software package.
But what if you lost your serial number after redeeming the code?
When you log in to your Adobe account, you can always find your serial number there: https://account.adobe.com/orders
In the Order History screen, click the Order No. column. on the order number.
Then click Downloads and serial numbers in the order number screen.
Your serial number is shown in the following overview.
