The activation of Norton Security on your mobile device is not the same as an activation on the computer.
- The first installation always has to be perfomed on a desktop or laptop. During this activation procedure your license key will be added to your Norton account.
- After the computer installation you can download the app from your Store or our manual.
- After downloading the app: Install and open the app
- Click the Menu button and choose Sign in
- Sign in with your Norton account
