Follow the steps in our installation guide. Here you can correctly download, install and activate the software.
Check that no other software is present. This can prevent the installation.
Uninstall this software from Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features (Windows) or drag the program to the Trash (Mac).
Then start the installation again.
