Returning an item is always possible as long as you have not yet requested your license code and within 30 days after your purchase. We are happy to help you explain how it works:
99% of our software is free to try. During this trial period, you can install the software on your device and test if everything works.
You can choose to skip the trial phase, taking into account the following:
- Once you have retrieved the license from your account, we assume that you have tested the software.
- With the button “Retrieve license” you use the license and it cannot be returned.
- When you obtain the license, we assume that you have checked that your system meets the system requirements.
Once the license is in your account, we can no longer check whether you have put it into use or will start using it in the future.
Returns are then no longer possible.
In technical terms; you have broke the seal in accordance with BW 7 art. 46d paragraph 4c . In accordance with Dutch and European law, your return right has therefore expired. For more information see: European Directive 2011/83 / EU Art. 16 i. and (NL) BW 7 art. 46d paragraph 4c.
Your return right also expires 30 days after ordering.
We guarantee that the license works! Not good or problems with activation? Then you will receive a new license from us!
