It is virtually impossible that our licenses are incorrect. They are 100% legitimate. Contact our customer service and request the license certificate if you are in doubt.
Often there are other reasons for not being able to activate your license. For example:
- Our manual has not been (fully) executed.
- You have not used the ISO / USB / DVD from our manual.
- You have installed the wrong version of Windows on your computer.
- You are only trying to activate the license instead of performing a clean installation.
In all cases, restart the installation first.
