You can report a complaint via our special address: [email protected]. You will receive a response to your complaint within 24 hours.

  1. Always first report your complaint to [email protected]. A team of specialists is on hand to help you. Our customer service will respond to your email within 4 hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM
    Outside office hours you will always receive a response within 24 hours.
  2. Are you unable to resolve your problem or did it become a complaint?
    Send a description of your complaint to [email protected]. To resolve your complaint as quickly and effectively as possible we would like the following information:

    1. How the complaint originated,
    2. In what way have you already discussed the complaint with us?
    3. Where have we failed to resolve your complaint?
    4. What can we do to resolve the problem?
